Title: Peas 'n' Salmon Loaf

2cnSalmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
2 Eggs,beaten
1tbOnion,chopped
2tsLemon juice
1/2tsSalt
1/2cCracker crumbs,fine
1cnPeas,drained(8.5oz)
1/4cTomato catsup

1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs. 2. Carefully fold in peas. 3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes. 4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
